Who we Are

One Church was conceived in the hearts of our visionaries during a time of adversity, uncertainty and transition. This often is the time where we see God move mightily! Daring to be a movement where the traditions of men are obsolete, institutionalized church is powerless and religion is unfulfilling, One Church was launched in the summer of 2022. Under the leading of the HolySpirit, One Church began pioneering an apostolic work in the city of Camden, SC, with its primary focus being to transform the culture into Kingdom culture.

One Church has a Kingdom mandate to reveal to society the nature on ONE God! Who exist in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the HolySpirit. Through their flawless collaboration the have created a life for us to experience Redemption, Regeneration and Activation!

One Church has ONE Vision! To co-labor with a loving God and exhaust all resources (gifts, skills, talents, trades, education, technology, etc.) that he has given to us by his grace to make him known to a world lost in darkness.

One Church are ONE People! Our race, societal status, cultural background, educational level or economical classification does not define or identify us accurately. We are all sons and daughters of God and he loves us all!

Today One Church is a culture made up of people who are desperately seeking the presence of God. Love is our watch word and by faith is how we live. Our prayer is for Thy Kingdom to come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, AMEN!!!!

Overseer

Apostle Johnathan Douglas Jr.

Jonathan Douglas Jr. received his call to the ministry in October 1996 while serving in the US Army military at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. He was licensed and ordained in October 1999 under the Church of Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith and in 2000 under the Church of God in Christ. He served in the Armed Forces for eight and a half years and earned a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from George Washington University in 2000. After ending his military career in 2002, he earned a degree in Marketing and Biblical Studies from Liberty University. Jonathan has an extensive background in Laboratory Science, management, organizational leadership, Church organization and structure and Church Leadership. He currently is a business owner and serving as founder and Overseer of One Church in Camden, SC.

Jonathan gives thanks to God for his background in the military, the medical field, business, business management and ministry because collectively it diversified him as a leader and prepared him for his apostolic assignment. As a pioneer, transitional and transformational Apostolic leader, Jonathan Douglas Jr., demonstrates kingdom culture by turning the hearts of humanity back to God, connecting people to their Godly purpose in life and motivating people to reach their spiritual potential through exploration of their gifted uniqueness. Jonathan has been married to his amazing wife Destiny, for 30 years, has a son and daughter and two pets Queen (Shih Tzu) and Diamond (Pitbull). He enjoys spending time with his family, working out and traveling.

Overseer

Prophet Destiny F. Douglas

Destiny Faith Douglas received her call into the ministry in October 1996, while serving with her husband in the military at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. She was licensed and ordained in the Church of Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith in 1999 and in the Church of God in Christ in 2000. Destiny earned several degrees from Liberty University, Associate of Arts, BA in Psychology, Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling with a cognate in Marriage and Family Counseling. After serving with her husband in the military she moved back to Columbia, South Carolina in 2002 where she homeschooled her two children under the umbrella of SC Connections Academy. She has work experience in banking, administration, medical office, student services, Juvenile Justice, counseling, Life Coaching, and Real Estate. She currently serves as an educator in District One, business owner, and Co-founder of One Church in Camden, SC.

Destiny has a God given passion for educating and equipping people for success. One of her favorite sayings is knowledge is power and never allow yourself to be enslaved by ignorance for education, understanding and knowledge, frees you from the framework of ignorance. As a sought after prolific Prophetic teacher, Destiny has a passion for presenting kingdom truths with simplicity and application so that impact can be maximized. She serves as a life coach to educate people on the importance of developing a wholistic perspective involving mental health, health and career planning. As a life coach she also presents a strong advocacy for family structure and well-being. Destiny has been married to her awesome (ride or die) husband, Jonathan Douglas Jr., for 30 years. She has two amazing jewels a son and daughter and two pets. Destiny enjoys, traveling, reading, exercising and family time.
